The sun shines, brightening up the skies, waking you up in smiles, pushing aside all cries. Well, how’s your morning? I do hope you have a blast kick off to start your day. Do not forget, Alhamdulillah; for another day being alive. =)
First Q : What is the first word you SAY when you wake up every morning?
Second Q : What is the first FEELING arising inside you when you wake up every morning?
Third Q : How do you THINK your day will go on, when you wake up every morning?
Have you ever thought to ask yourself those three Qs when you open up your eyes each and every morning in your lifetime? Well, I certainly do. I used to be ignorant, but I’ve tried to ask myself every morning of those Qs. And to my surprise, my days became better. At least I have faith in it. Alhamdulillah.
The point is, we have to START OUR DAY POSITIVELY. Put away all those bad dreams you’ve been having, or those tears you’ve cried throughout the night. When you wake up, praise Allah, for He has granted you another day to live, to be more successful and to repair your mistakes. Live the upcoming day. Be grateful that you are still breathing. At least, a new day is willing to smile at your bedside, waiting to be explored by you.
So why do you have to punish today for yesterday’s mistake and grief? =)
When you went to bed last night, that means you’ve left your desk, assignments, work, to-do lists, etc etc, and you went under the covers, closed your eyes, and you fall asleep. I’m guessing as much, that when you do all that every night, you’ve prepared yourself for another day, right? So when you wake up the next morning, SMILE AND LET HAPPINESS FILLED UP YOUR HEART. Hey, it doesn’t mean a thing when you keep on thinking that today is just as much worse as yesterday, or the day before. REJOICE your life fellas! Whether you keep on whining or not, life must go on.
So why do you have to have the wrinkles on your face, when you can have the sweetest smile ever? =)
You do ‘thinking’ all the time; whether you are on the bed, in the shower, at your desk, in your office, in front of your meals, while you are driving etc etc. It seems like ‘Mr. Thinking’ is not going to leave us alone, isn’t he? So, instead of cramming and jamming up your head thinking of all the worst-case-scenarios in life, why don’t you start your day THINKING THAT MY DAY WILL BE A GREAT JOURNEY AHEAD. Easy. Simple. You may try it, and you’ll find it much calming at the heart and mind when you do that. C’mon, it won’t hurt to tell yourself that you are a great person, living a great life, right?
Afterall, you maneuver your own head, and what’s inside it: the brain and mind. =)
