Today's topic in the kitchen is 'QUICK BREADS'.

To simplify things up, quick breads are breads that don't require yeast during the process of making it..  Plus, quick breads are easy to make, and don't take too long to be ready to serve.. =)

Ketika mula-mula masuk lab, semua kena salin nota dulu. :)
