Outstation: A Process Of Learning

Indonesia.
5th - 8th December 2010.
Medan - Siantar - Parapat, Danau Toba - Berastagi - Medan



it was a family trip.. which my dad had promised us for quite sometimes..
the family holiday was supposed to take place only in Malaysia.. but my dad changed his mind..
"this trip is not only about having fun and freedom of seeing and visiting, but to learn a valuable lesson from it.. "

indeed, just like the trip we had in 2008.. we went to thailand before..
and we have learned a lot from that trip.. =)

back to Indonesia.
our flight was on the 5th, at 9.50 am local time..
we arrived at the polonia airport in medan and was greeted by our tourist guide..
uncle nazir; a very friendly guy, knows a lot about his own country and yet an aggresive driver on the road.. (seriously, i will never drive like he did!)
we went to a lot of places, had fun during the trip, learnt a lot of things and the true meaning of being thankful..

despite the fact that we were not feeling well on the last day, at least we knew that the journey was one of the best teacher; taught us about life in its own way.. =)
