Dedicated.With.Respect

First of all..
This post is a tribute and a note to remind the person I’m mentioning in it.

Hey buddy.
You are an amazing person. You know that. I know that. Even all those people who have known you will say the same thing.
To me, you are one of my best buddies. You have been by my side whenever I’m in need. No doubt about that.
We used to be like the best ‘best friends’. But it was a long way back. Not that I don’t appreciate you, I do. I really, really do.
But time changes everything. Or it may not be every single thing, but time does make a change in our lives.
The thing is, I don’t want to interfere in your life. You have a whole new life to begin with. I may still be a part of that life, but not as I used to be. Not as close as before. And you know that, it’s a fact that no one can deny.

I’m so sorry that I’m losing grip on this issue. It’s just not in my power of control. I can’t stay the same like I used to, it just won’t be like before.
So, do know this.
You will always be a part of me. Like other friends in my life.
Once, you have been the greatest mentor, brother and guider for me.
I will never forget that. Now and forever.
